The Gameplan Conference is a two-day event and will take place on April 03-04, 2025. A variety of showcases around the next gen in sports & media will be presented in front of 1.100 guests at the Motorworld Cologne - with a big stage, a wide variety of experiences, as well as a big after show party and several workshops.

Single tickets for the Gameplan Conference are not available for purchase. If you want to attend, you can book a table for your company. This year, we’re offering Community Tables for 4-8 people and Branded Tables for 10 or 12 people. Please use the contact form on this website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Day 1 kicks off at noon with lunch & networking, followed by four hours of show on our big stage featuring keynotes and talks. In the evening, we wrap up the day with our after-show party.
Day 2 is all about our deep dives, where we’ll explore various topics throughout the morning and noon. Afterwards, there will be additional time for networking over lunch.
You’ll find the full schedule - including all keynotes, talks, and deep dives - on our website a few weeks before the event. We’ll be announcing the first speakers soon, so stay tuned!
At the Gameplan Conference you will find a wide selection of food trucks and drinks available to all guests free of charge.
The showcases will be held both in German and English, but the majority will be in English. We will indicate the language for each showcase in our program overview.
The Gameplan Conference will take place at the Motorworld Cologne (Butzweilerstraße 35-39, 50829 Cologne).
- Arrival by car:
Parking spaces are available at P1 of the Motorworld for a daily fee of €10. - Arrival by tram:
Take tram line 5 to the "Alter Flughafen Butzweilerhof" stop. From here it is only a few minutes' walk. - Arriving by train:
Head for Cologne Central Station. From here it takes about 25 minutes by tram line 5 and about 20 minutes by car. - Arrival by plane:
From Cologne/Bonn Airport, it takes about 30 minutes by car to Motorworld. By tram, it takes about 60 minutes.
